Outdoor archery, open all year. Four individual lanes with a covered shooting area, targets at 16 and 26 yards and no lane sharing.
Our outdoor archery range provides a relaxed, purpose-built place to practise with your own equipment. You shoot from a covered shooting area, with your own individual lane. Foam target bosses are provided at 16 and 26 yards. Simply bring your own bow, arrows and paper target faces.
With only four archers booked into each session and one archer allocated to each lane, there is no waiting for lanes and no overcrowding. The range is suitable for recurve, compound and longbow archers.
Floodlit archery on Wednesday evenings. Keep practising after daylight fades. All sessions must be booked in advance.
Standard archery range hire is for archers bringing their own equipment. If you do not have your own, our Have A Go Archery Sessions include the equipment and instruction you need.
Not permitted: crossbows, and broadhead or hunting arrowheads. All equipment must be safe and in good working condition.
On your first visit, you will need to watch our safety induction video and complete your induction before using the range. The induction is renewed each April. Find out more on our Safety Induction page.
We require at least 24 hours’ notice if you are unable to attend your booked session. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice will still be payable.
Our archery range is self-managed, so all users share responsibility for maintaining a safe and respectful shooting environment. Please read our Archery Range Rules before your visit.
