On your first visit, your safety induction takes place at the start of the range session you have booked. You do not need to book a separate induction. Once complete, you can use the range for the remaining time in your session.
Please make sure you arrive on time. Safety inductions start promptly at your booked time and cannot be delayed for late arrivals. All inductions are renewed each April.
We require at least 24 hours’ notice if you are unable to attend your booking. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice will still be payable, as the lane has been reserved for you and may not be able to be rebooked. If you need to cancel or change your booking, please contact us as soon as possible.
